Dear Addcar,
I rented a car via eDreams from Addcar for the period of September 17 to September 28, 2025. Upon picking up the vehicle on September 17, I received it in very poor and dirty condition. I have taken photos as evidence.
At the rental location, I paid an additional €90 for insurance and have the receipt, which I can provide. Additionally, €142.88 was already charged to my account for the original booking.
Now I have received an email from Klarna requesting another €142.88 – supposedly for insurance again. I do not understand this, as I already paid this amount and will not pay it a second time.
I kindly request immediate clarification and ask that the duplicate charge be cancelled or refunded as soon as possible.
