Dear H&M.
I went to your store in Mainz yesterday where I bought several pieces of clothing. When I left the store, the alarm system went off as your sales-assistant had forgotten to remove one of the alarms. As an apology he gave me the attached voucher which is voucher of 15% on my next purchase. However, I can now see that this voucher he gave me as an apology expired on 31st of January 2021. Can you please send me another one that hasn’t expired so I at least have the opportunity for actually using the voucher. Also, maybe you should contact the store so they are aware that they are handing out vouchers that has expired. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, ******
