Dear Monese Customer Support,

I am writing to formally complain about a missing transfer to my Monese account. On Monday, 08 July 2024, I was expecting a transfer of 3050 EUR, which has not been credited to my account as of today.

Details of the transfer:


Attateched are the document from the insurance company
Despite waiting several days and checking my account regularly, the funds have not been received. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and concern.

I request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide me with an update on the status of the transfer as soon as possible.
