Remitly - Transactions get cancelled

I transferred an initial 100 Euros from my German bank account to my Indian bank account. But, after that every time I have tried to send money again, the transaction finally gets cancelled in the end. A few days back I was asked to submit my passport details to Remitly. I did so and found the verified icon on my profile. Despite this, all my transactions get cancelled at the end when I am trying to send money. I would like to know why do all my transactions get cancelled and solution to help me remit smoothly?
