Wifi barely working

I am writing to request a refund for the One Day Internet Pass I purchased today at Bremen Airport. The service has been extremely disappointing — the connection constantly drops, and the internet speed is so slow that I’m unable to stream music on Spotify or watch any videos. Overall, the internet was practically unusable.



I purchased the pass using my MasterCard and expected a stable connection, especially since it was a paid service beyond the three hours of free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the service did not meet even the most basic expectations.
