Noise and complete dysfunction Teufel Cinebar One

I bought a Teufel Cinebar One in March 2020. The problem is the last weeks, that after initial well functioning, a noise starts that get louder and louder in time. When I switch off the device with the remote control the noise disappears. However, I can not start the device, what I see is a very quick blinking of the red light, then very shortly the blue light and the red blinking light start again. I can not interrupt this cyclus. The only way to solve the problem is to disconnect from the power, wait 5 minutes and then it wordk agian. Unfortunately, only for a limited time.
What is the problem and what is the solution.
