Hallo Team,
ich habe ein Flug gebucht
Frankfurt>>bahrain>>mumbai
Auf ihrem Ticket stand 2x23kg Gepäck.
Aber gulf air meinte dass nur 1 Gepäck erlaubt ist.
Ich musste fürs extra Gepäck €165 zahlen. Wie kann ich bei ihnen Rückerstattung bekommen?

Ich würde mich sehr auf ihre Antwort freuen.

Vielen Dank für die Rückerstattung Prozess.
Nach sorgfältiger Prüfung habe ich festgestellt, dass nur 136.27€ zurück erstattet werden statt die 163.27 € die ich schon bezahlt und bewiesen habe.
ich denke, dass es ein zahldrehrer gibt. anstatt 163 , beutzer hat 136 geschrieben.
Ich bitte Sie um nochmal zu prüfen und mir der Gesamtbetrag unverzüglich überweisen.

Thank you for the refund process.
After careful checking, I found that only €136.27 was refunded instead of the €163.27 that I had already paid and proved. I think there is some Human error. I have a feeling that user entered 136 rather than 163.
I ask you to check again and transfer the total amount to me immediately.

My claim amount was 163.27 EUR but i got only 136.27 EUR. Even company agreed to pay 163.27 but they paid less.
