Flight voucher/new booking number

Dear sir/madam,

I have been contacting you for a while about my flight voucher but still now i could not have any solution from you. I received an email from you that my flight voucher is under the care of sn brussels airlines. i just contacted them and they told me that they could not trace my new ticket number. They told me to ask you my new ticket number so that they can help. Can you please help me with the new ticket number and the airline reference number. i was also told by sn brussels that you the travelling agent have to contact the airline support team. i sent you an email about that but still i did not get any reply. these are what they needed from me in order to help. can you please help me with these information. Thank you.

i am still in contact with trip monster but my problem is still not solved, though its better now before the reklamation because they never replied before and now they do reply to my emails. I wanted to have my money back instead of the voucher because its very hard to decide a trip in this corona time, but they are telling me thats not possible to have the money back. Thank yo soo much for the good job.

Its very hard to get them through the phone, i can get them only through emails. i dont know where the problem lies. The airline would tell me that the travelling agent is responsible for the travel voucher and the travelling agent also would tell me that the airline is responsible for the voucher. Am getting frustrated and dont know what to do. Am told to give my wish travel dates but am not wishing to travel anytime soon especially in this corona situation.
