Tripmonster: Flug wegen Corona Virus wurde gestrichen

Meine Damen und Herren,
Flug PS808 von Prag nach Kiev am 24.04.2020 um 15:15 und zurück wegen Corona Virus wurde gestrichen.
Mir wurde von der Gesellschaft versprochen innerhalb maximal 6 Monate nach dem Flugdatum zu klären und die Entstandene Kosten rückerstatten.
Bis zum 09.12.2020 in diese Richtung ist nicht passiert.
