Rückerstattung des Flugpreises

Ich habe am 27.02.2020 eine Reise nach New York gebucht. Durch Covid-19 können wir jetzt nicht Reisen. Dadruch hätte ich gerne die Rückzahlung meiner Flugtickets durch TripMonster.

Ein Rücktrittschreiben wurde auch per Mail am 14.11.2020 gesendet

Man wird nur mit einem 1jährigen Gutschein abgespeist.
Obwohl man nicht mal weiß ob man 2021 fliegen kann durch die Pandemie.
