We have boocked the “Agora Central Room“ for 4 nights and 313 € (confirmaion number 1813.516.999. Yesterday we have arrieved. The apparent is too small and not comfortable. It does not cost 313€. It is 2* room. It night we were wacked at 4 am due to new gest. Today I needed a hairdrier (it is among the declared thing in the room, and I did not taked the mine, while it was belong to the room fescription. Today I have recognized, that the hairdriyer is out of function. I have connected the service person (Snezana) and ask for a help. She has aswer, that she cannot help us and have a hairdrier in the room.There are anather things in the room, which are not belong to a good service.

Würden Sie es empfehlen?Yes, we have got a small compensation, ca. 50 €. But the wrong advertisement was not changed! Today on the booking.com site this 2 star room is advertised with the same wrong information. The room has size about 14 m2, but they try to sold as a 24 m2 apartment. Thas does not correspond to the reality. And we have not got any cleaning service, any towels change during 4 days of our stay. That should also mentioned.
