Damaged nike air jordan shoe

Hello,
My name is ****** ****** and I had placed an order (C01387373274) with Nike on 05.04.2024 and I had chosen the home delivery option but I was disappointed when the delivery person rang the bell down and within a few seconds put a letter in my letter box and left on 10.04.2024. I had to go and pick up the packet which was not what I was expecting. I had ordered 3 shoes and in that one was Nike Air Jordan, I had my graduation and that’s why I had bought my first Air Jordan’s but the quality and finish of the shoe was something I had never seen or experienced with Nike before. The sides looked like they have been cut and did not look like an original to be very honest. The other two shoes were really good. Since I had planned to wear the new Air Jordans and and did not have time to buy a new Air Jordan, I was left with no option other than wearing the shoes for my graduation, but I am asking you to analyse the depth of my situation and maybe offer me a decent compensation for the inconvenience caused. This is the first time I am experiencing this kind of service from Nike. I hope you understand the service that I experienced from Nike and request for a consideration of my situation. I am attaching a few photos also in the email for your reference.
