Bitte lies die Kopie aus meiner letzten Mail vom 16.06.2021 um 13:56 an Nuubu, worin ich meine Beschwerde wiederholt sende, aber keine Antwort mehr erhalte:

Dear Nuubu team,

since more than 30 days I am trying to bring forth my problem with the detox pads!
I did ask several times, the team may please start the return process, so I could resend the product, but Nuubu did´nt send me the return informations!
I expect Nuubu to consider the correct date of my first Mail in which I ask Nuubu to start the process and let me send the product back namely the Nuubu Detox Food Pads which I bought.
The following answer I had received at the 26. of May 2021 and I answered right away asking for the return process to be started!

I am sorry to hear that your MUAMA order did not work out for you. Perhaps we could know the reason for return so that we could possibly assist you and improve our services in the future? Furthermore, is the product still unused, in the manufacturer’s condition and the packaging still intact?

Please let us know as soon as possible and return process will be initiated without a delay. We wish you a wonderful day ahead!

The same procedure again at the 28. of May 2021 and I answered right away again!

So now please finally start this return process and let me know, where I send the product back to!
