A complete SCAM, waste of time and money.

We bought a ticket over this useless platform for both ways from Germany and to Egypt one week before the return trip we wanted to change date and fly back later. The platform forced us to use the useless chat-bot which later connected us to a useless customer service agent who refused to deliver us information regarding the available trips in the dates we suggested and ended the chat while we still in need for support.

We tried three times to get the data such as (departure and arrival time, cost) to be able to decide which date fits us the most. But they adjust the cost as they want and only give specific information which are not enough to take a decision.

A law case has been filed against them for refraining to deliver needed information for an already paid service and ticket.
