I had to pay by my credit card for Economy plus, though I had a future flight credit by United Airlines. Yesterday I have called United Airlines Germany to book the Economy plus extra. I was told that I could not use my future flight credit for better seats or Economy plus. So I finally agrred to pay by credit card. On the United Airlines website (https://www.united.com/en/us/fly/travel/credit.html) I found: "You can use travel certificates to buy tickets for flights operated by United or United Express, United Express-marketed flights operated by another airline, and partner airlines sold on United digital channels. You can also apply travel certificates toward some non-ticket items, like Economy Plus® seating, Basic Economy seat assignments and preferred seating when booking your ticket."

I had 2 flights booked from Frankfurt to dulles and neither got refunded. I called the airline and emailed a couple times and always the same answer because of corona the refund process takes time. Last week I tried to contact you again and figured out the my refund expired, it is unbelievable how poor the communication is and that I have to pay for you guys mistake. I expect a refund or flexi ticket and an apology for no communication and such a hustle.

Ich habe für mich und meinen Freund für den 15.09.2020 einen Flug von New York EWR nach San Francisco SFO gebucht. Dieser wurde von der Fluggesellschaft storniert. Bis jetzt wurde dieser Flug noch nicht erstattet.

Nach Stornierung unseres Fluges in März 20 von Düsseldorf nach Ft Myers durch sie haben wir noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, im März 2020 haben wir vor der Coronakrise 2 Flugtickets für unseren beiden Kinder über Opodo Deutschland gebucht. Düsseldorf - DFW, Flug 1 04/07/20 LH5422, Flug 2 UA 750. Rückflug Ende Juli 2020 und Mitte August 2020. Die Hinflüge wurden storniert. Wir warten auf Umbuchungsmöglichkeit, jedoch es passiert nichts. Opodo ist unerreichbar, wir können nicht stornieren, nichts! Ab 01/07/20 bietet LH Direktflüge von Fft nach Dallas an. Wir haben unsere Kinder seit einem Jahr nicht mehr gesehen. Diese Situation ist untragbar! Beide Kinder haben Nato2 Visas und können problemlos in die USA einreisen.
