The driver stopped me from getting onboard and insulted me saying F*ck you

On Saturday 30.03.2024 at 23:31, i arrived to Dortmund ZOB to catch my trip on line 'Route N17' to Frankfurt and i found the bus taking off so i ran after it while shouting to stop until the driver stopped and opened the door and he started yelling at me telling that he is late and he has to take off as all passengers on his list are already boarded and he has no idea from where i got my ticket.

He told me that this is not the line going to Frankfurt and when i told him but it is mentioned on the ticket that this is the line, he said that i'm lying and that is a fake ticket, in particular, that all passengers leaving from Dortmund are already boarded so i asked him to show me this passenger list so he did and i found my name on it so i pointed to it telling here is my name, you didn't board me and you are leaving earlier by almost 9 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure which is 23:40, so he said i'm a liar and started to shout in non-English language (obviously cursing), i told him to open the back door for me to get on board so he said F*ck you and opened the back door, i was completely shocked as it was my first time ever to face such a behavior and that i got insulted in front of everyone for no guilt committed, i couldn't react to that and i kept silent so he yelled at me saying get on or i'm leaving so i went to the back door and i entered the bus and immediately submitted the complaint to Flixbus website and all i got was; thanks for your feedback.

I have no idea what kind of complaint handling protocol is that, i had no complaint number, no personalized reply to the case, and when i called the customer service number to ask about if they take it seriously and they will follow up with me about actions taken in such a case or i should report it to the police in Frankfurt to have a firm, and appropriate response to my case, they simply hang up the call on me.
