This amount will be automatically debited to my stored credit card (Visa) after 14 days of receiving your letter. On September 13th, 2023, the sum of 55 euros was debited from me!? This does not correspond to your announcement at all - neither in terms of the period nor the amount Sum. I would also like to point out that there is a court ruling in Italy which states that such fees and their deductions from rental car companies are not permitted. I hereby ask you to immediately refund the 55 euros to my known account. Otherwise, I will pass the matter on to my lawyer and take further steps against you. I would also like to point out that your employee at the counter in Bologna knowingly defrauded us! After a long discussion, he only handed us the contract and the car keys after we had signed a form. This subsequently involved additional car insurance: I emphasized several times that I was not signing anything because we had already fully insured the car through check 24 This procedure has now also become known to several people and it has also been published and pointed out on the internet. Today I remain with the request that the incident be examined and the amount refunded. Otherwise we will refer the matter to our European legal protection.
