I was expecting to get my package yesterday, then it wasn't picked up for delivery until today. They let it sit in the sorting center since MONDAY. (10.7). When the package finally got delivered, I sat home all day long waiting for my delivery, which according to the tracking app should have been delivered between 11:30 and 3:30. I called at 3:45 after receiving nothing, and the call center agent tells me my package was loaded onto the WRONG TRUCK! This is the second time I've had this problem with Hermes. I can never depend on my important packages getting to me on time or even on the day its supposed to be delivered. I cannot understand how these items are loaded on to the wrong truck. Please Hermes, fix your system! I'll be using DHl or DPD from now on.
