Wir wollten am 21.10.2020 von Düsseldorf nach Johannesburg fliegen. Der Hinflug von London nach Johannesburg wurde um 48 Stunden nach hinten verschoben und der Rückflug von London nach Düsseldorf wurde seitens der Airline annulliert. Für uns selbstverständlich nicht zumutbar. Wir bitten daher um RÜCKERSTATTUNG des von uns geleisteten Flugpreis. Bislang haben wir seitens Tripmonster KEINE Reaktion erhalten. Die Airline Britisch Airways und Virgin Atlantic verweist uns an das Buchungsportal zwecks Rückerstattung.

We are aware that some refunds are being delayed longer than usual, due to airlines taking a long time to approve refunds. The approval of the refund by the airline is an essential step so that, later, the travel agency can make the refund of the corresponding amounts.
In any case, one of our agents has checked your case with the airline, and confirmed that the refund is pending to be approved by the airline. As soon as it gets approved, we will proceed with the refund in a matter of days, but unfortunately we don´t know how long the process on the airline side will take.

Weiterempfehlung?Bislang immer noch keine Rückmeldung, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Wir warten immer noch auf die Rückerstattung. Die Airline VERWEIST ausdrücklich auf Tripmonster und Tripmonster reagiert nicht. Toller Kundenservice!

We have asked our colleagues from Advanced Customer Support department to check again with the airline and inform you about the status of your request.
They will come back to you as soon as they get any updates from the airline.
Please take into account that as soon as the airline approves the refund, we would make the repayment in maximum 2 weeks, to the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

Our agents have been checking your case, and it seems as if the airline had authorized the refund of one of the tickets, but not for the other one.
We are in discussions with the airline so as to try to get the approval of the ticket missing, so as to make the repayment.
